Our Story

It all started in the ”garment district” of NYC! After working for a manufacturer for 19 years, we relocated to the BEACH” in Fenwick Island, De. Very good decision!  We decided to “sell” what Tim was manufacturing in NY.  After numerous locations in Ocean City, Rehoboth and Fenwick Island, we chose Fenwick Island to make our home and focus on and expand our business-Southern Exposure....,.in a very SPECIAL PLACE!   

Having a very good ”feel” for the city of New York, we made numerous trips back and forth to try to bring unique and trendy fashions to the Beach and pass on our good deals!  It’s been fun. 

Now, after many years our son and daughter-in-law, Brian and K continue the good ride!
